Word. Like I said, most of this is just a starting point, in order to have built-in relationship dynamics and plot devices to keep people from getting stuck. It's especially true for Brandon, who envies Jonny's gun (oh....Freud would have a field day with that), and Jonny, who (somewhere) wishes he were more human. Connor probably doesn't WANT a metal face (as cyborgs are treated as second class citizens for being Less-than-Human), but might sympathize a little more with Jonny and his "condition".

Yup everyone pretty much said it right. The most we really know about these characters is how they feel now.
It's fun to come up with stuff like this or even scenes and the like, but even when I say "Hey this thing should totally happen" like in Anti-Hero it may NEVER pan out that way. Things could take an unexpected turn, I just do it to flesh out the feel and theme of the story and how I see it evolving.
As long as the genre doesn't jump the shark, or someone write that someone's character is absorbed by a Golgothan Shit Demon then it all works out fine.

Ack give me.... 48 hours. I've got three more personal statement/essays-why-universities-should-give-me-a-place to write before christmas and then I've got time to spend on more interesting things like creativity etc.
Very sorry. It's the blah of final year.

Boo! GF's computer got the Greendot FBI Moneypak virus and I spent two days removing it and now the task manager is blocked. After spending a good half a day defragging my brain (which was filled with variations of the word FUCK scrambled like a good crossword her dad said he'd rather we not use it until he'd had a chance to look at it. Gotta use her sis's laptop for now so that's my reason for being late AGAIN on replying. Also, yes. Yes I did make a Dogma reference, but I haven't watched it recently. Someone brought it up a few days back and I was itching to plug the reference somewhere lol.

God you should have skipped me at the time. I don't think I can even focus right now. OK ok. I've stopped whining. When I'm at the library tomorrow I will get cracking on this for reals. Because I should have done this earlier. Despite the fact that I really ought to be writing my dissertation.

Basically in the UK we grade things pretty harshly at university level.
So where I was getting 90% - 100% at UNC, I'd be getting just above the 70% mark in the UK. That would give me First.
A 2:1 is like getting somewhere around 80% in the US or around 60% in the UK - good but not ridiculously good.
I refuse to not be brilliant.
