Capriccio Ishtar - The Ballad Of Sol Once upon a time when the world was already very old, the peoples of Gaia abandoned the lands that were slowly dying. Corrupted by mankind, enveloped in a cloud of hate; the lands of Gaia were darkening under the gaze of a dark hex. The peoples retreated to the skies where upon monumental earthmotes, great sky continents called the Ishtar, they built new homes, new cities, new worlds. Upon these floating lands, suspended by magic, the peoples of Gaia lived peaceably for thousands of years; the world below quickly forgotten under the clouds. Now in the 753rd year of the God King, Asbanun Niman, revolts have begun to ravage the floating kingdoms. Darkness is creeping upon the lands again. The Goddess Aladriel begins to stir, her Chevaliers start to muster. Magic has begun to wither, and the floating lands have slowly begun to fall. Cursed clouds below reaching up to welcome them home.
