Pick a character when you accept. Don't see something you like, let me know and I'll add some more. Everything is up to you to create but ages should be between 16 and 26. Questions?

YAY! Stupid question!!! Can my character use a bow? I don't want to take away from the guns or the swords people, and an assassin needs a long distance weapon obviously and bows are actually pretty quiet and can be pretty high tech these days. I was thinking garottes for the close-up fights and perhaps a fall-back plan of poisons if neither of those work out, but only if she absolutely has to. Or him. Not sure yet.
Plus, a Sparrow is a bird, and so is a Hawk and Hawkeye uses a bow, so...in my convoluted world, it works.

Whatever is fine with me. You could use a flamethrower if you wanted to. I think everyone has the capability to use any kind of weapon just Colt and Edge are masters of guns/artillery and swords/knives/daggers, respectively.

Just a heads up that I'm not expecting any bios or character sheets in the first round.

Also Katniss. (If we're referencing pop culture)

Well, if we're gonna do all of them, Merida too.

Well, it'll be funnier if Sparrow's a dude, then. Girls aren't annoyed by comparisons to dudes as much as boys are by comparisons to girls. Calling him Katniss and Princess Merida will be fun. Especially if he doesn't take it particularly seriously.

I don't know how many of those pop culture references would actually exist during that time though. Hmmm.

Legolas will. Tolkien is timeless, dude.

I plan to have the first addition for this done by the weekend, in order to give beast a chance to accept his invite.

Oooo, character who makes shit go boom! If I weren't already OK with my Robin Hood-slash-Ninja Legolas-type, I could totally see writing a proper sapper!
I can make Robin Hood and Legolas references, right? They're literary enough to have survived...

So long as your character picked up reading or something in order to know the literary references, I don't mind. I'm kind of just putting this up as a "here's the situation anything goes" kind of experiment.

No aliens. But I might sneak some comic book references in there. For the funsies.
