I do hope it's an enjoyable post however.

It's great! Only thing is, Izzy is an Archivist, which is why she has access to the archives. It's actually different wiring in her brain. Having access to a map of the city is fine, especially as it could be explained away as an addition due to Connor's lack of sight, but basically the only thing Connor can do is receive communiques from the Shadowman. One out of every team of Street Mechs is so wired. Abraham, Zeke, and Charlie aren't Street Mechs, so none of them have it (well, Abraham isn't technically a Mech, he's a liaison from America...) and Connor would have been chosen as they were doing surgery on his head anyway.

Okay sorry, I just read that Connor was wired like Izzy and assumed.
but the map is alright? (I was mostly just trying to show off that i actually did some research in the area i was writing about lol.)

Yes the map is fine. Izzy has access to the entirety of the Archives, which is like being attached to an entire Google-able database of the organization's history and knowledge. So, for example, she would be able to identify any ghost/Fae/registered Supernatural entity that has ever been recorded by the organization.
You know, this is probably a good time to discuss something...
Ghosties have no rights. They do not belong in our world and are ALWAYS removed in some way. Non-violent ghosts are banished from the human realm (sending them back to the ghostly planes, to the great beyond, etc), violent ghosts are eradicated or captured (a la Ghostbusters and their containment device).
The Fae are bound by the Accords. They are permitted to visit our realm provided they are wearing an illusion to help them blend in. Those Fae unable to create such an illusion are not permitted in our realm at all. Those Fae who do not abide by the laws (which aren't as many as Brandon may think) are banished from our realm and severely punished by Titania and Oberon, or even Mab, Queen of the Dark Courts (though her people often circumvent the laws in various ways and her punishments are not so severe as Titania and Oberon unless she feels the need to make an example of them for appearances).
Registered Supernatural Creatures are non-ghosts and non-Fae Supernatural entities. These are generally witches (mostly psychics) and those with magickal abilities. They are bound by the laws of the state and their crimes are generally handled by Scotland Yard (or the local municipalities), though the Mechs can be called in to deal with a rogue witch, or something. These don't feature near as much in the story 'cause they don't matter much to the story or to the organization.
Did I mention Scotland Yard and the rest are a little skeptical of the Mechs? They're considered a bit dubious...

Thanks!
Also, the different ghosts Izzy can identify are kinda like...poltergeists, ectomorphs, etc. You know, Ghostbusters. She also has access to the various rituals that can be used to banish ghosts (both magickal and scientific) and the rituals Fae and RSCs might use. For example, in the last iteration of this campfire, the attack on Buckingham involved a ritual to undo the palace's formidable defenses and was evidence that the various supernatural elements were working together in some way. It triggered a 'page' in the Archives and Izzy was able to describe what everyone was seeing.
It's the plot device by which a number of things can be explained.

Hmm, that sounds like an eerily familiar conversation? Did I warp back in time? Well, to paraphrase my past answer: Nah, but he's welcome to try.
I'm surprised the Professor hasn't answered this yet. Didn't she have a shift from hell today or something? Or maybe she's just busy laughing at what Mynt said.

Aye, I think she said she had an unnecessarily long day today. He could already be at HQ or have already been to the Palace - isn't he the posh one?

1) April O'Neal is TMNT, not Ghostbusters. While still major suck, it's not as bad as having her in a Ghostbusters remake. No one but Sigourney Weaver for me.
2) Abe is a liaison to the organization, so he does a little bit of everything. He prefers the streets, but he is not always there. The American BPD (Bureau of Paranormal Investigation) is more scientific/practical than their British counterpart, but they also have a bit of a Wild Wild West thing going on, too. Abe is a part of their more military component: the Extraction, Containment, and Destruction Division (ECDD). It does what it sounds like. So he's basically a Street Mech, just not official. When the whole Squad goes out on Hyde Park duty, he goes with them. But the BPD is also more of a police organization, an investigatory group, so Abe also works at HQ to solve crimes of a supernatural bent.
3) My day sucked. Yesterday was the long one, but I was there again today and tomorrow, as well. And I am falling apart 'cause this just HAS to be the busiest week in months...

Probably not. A cool front came through and Floridians freak out whenever the temp drops below 70. It'll slow down tomorrow night 'cause everyone will go out, but the afternoon is gonna suck. And I'm on the floor with just me and two newbies for two hours during the busiest part of the afternoon...
