Pfft.
Anyways. Hrist are a female dominant race. The males are super rare at least to outsiders they appear to be almost non-existent.

Very interesting, lady-shadow people.
Also, I'm pretty sure even Zap was begging for mercy near the end of that episode.
Still... "How'd they die?" "Crushed pelvises!" "WHOOOO!!!"
One of the best dialogues ever.

Oh Futurama...how awesome you are.
And how awesome WE are for being able to go from a female-dominant shadow society to death by crushed pelvises!

I agree ever so much.
I love futurama. I'm a much bigger futurama fan than a simpsons one.

so I am new to all this but apparently my character is to be A Lower Class, Young Adult, Male or Female, Merrow from Thi. I haven't decided on gender yet. It looks like we have a lot of females so I might have a male character. A little out of my comfort zone, which, I suppose, is good.
I am Jess Lynn, by the way. Nice to meet you.

So my marrow is from Thi, the glacial planet. So I'm thinking Inuit style of life. Does that work?

And also--sorry for the mass question influx--is there a specific set of cultural references with the Marrow, or is it up for creation still?

Usually with Beast, everything is up for creation. I think that was the premise of this campfire right?

You are correct Dragoon.
If you would like your home planet to be Inuit, I say go for it!
As for cultural differences from humans. Well for one Merrow have gills down the sides of their rib cages. So that would affect clothing styles for one.
The Merrow are ritualistic in everything they do. Going through age old processes much like a samurai style culture where each one spends each day perfecting a skill.
The culture clash with humans of course has the newest generation of Merrow a bit more... vapid lol.

Well yeah, but you'll be waiting on me for weeks if I don't start developing things now.
It's times like this I wish I could draw. I've met three-year-olds who draw more convincing stick figures than I...
