I know what you mean Mynt, but why not just be asked to be disabled for awhile until you can add to the story. Perhaps, you could just create a character and dictate how that character is used until you can add on a regular basis. Well, that is if the leader of the campfire is okay with it at least. It would also depend whether or not you are invested in the overall creation of the story too. I'm more talking to myself now, lol. You're a talented writer, why not just try to write as much as you can for the character you want to create then post what you come up with even if you think it's silly or not worth the post, it's not like you can't add on more to the post or just edit it after it's posted.

Generally I don't like other people using my characters if I'm not there. I was in this campfire a while back and the creator decided to kick me out and gave my character to another person. I was so pissed off. Now I ask that my characters be killed off or removed from the story. But thanks, Lone. I might have to start just posting what I get done since I am taking a ridiculous amount of time with my adds lately.

Yup. I had to kill off her FIRST character for Rebel, which ended up being a good thing as it allowed her to take the time to come up with an awesome-r character not tied down to Wolfie's...who lost the right to write for Colt when she up and abandoned us.
(I did say that would happen in the beginning of the campfire. In fact, I believe I threatened to have their character go to karaoke night with Laras...)

Wolfie said she wouldn't quit. She promised. If I don't have a strong attachment to the campfire I feel bad and in lieu of making bad additions, I ask to be dropped. She sort of introduced my character for me and I was feeling like I had to fit a mold. x: *rebel without a cause*

Yeah, I don't like for others to introduce my character for me. It feels weird once I begin writing for that character which causes the flow of creativity to just die for me.

Well...I won't write from Colt's POV ever, but I will include him in what I write. She characterized him as a sort of anti-Laras, so we can go with that. I disabled her until she said she was ready to come back, and I told her to let me know as soon as she was ready.

Good choice. I don't know if she'll be back anytime soon. She seems happier on tumblr. lol.

It's a blog site where you basically just repost what other people posted.

Except she appears to be RPGing over there. I never got into RPGs, really. Tried it once, found it mind-boggling.
But yeah, I might throw some introspection in there once in a while, just so we don't have yet another dangling character in this thing (which I did warn people about at the beginning).

Lol. It's just RP Quaddy. RPG is role playing game. It's not so much an RPG just a normal role play. And I don't understand how it works on tumblr. I rather liked RP back in the day. It made me think fast and I had to type replies quickly.

Ok do you guys have email emails? I don't want to send out a story that's this important to my final grade over a forum or anything if yous ok with that??
Also let me know when your letters arrive yeah?

I'll send you my e-mail, Matticakes.
I have my parents on W-2/1098 watch, so I'll put them on letter watch, as well. I'm on the lookout for really awesome postcards, 'cause I like postcards and never have any reason to send them.

Yeah now that I think about it I believe I planned for this to be a two parter. I believe if I stick to that Mynt's character will be really important in the second one. I mean, if we we try to wipe them(Alius) out and they go into hiding we could just be inviting the same disaster years down the line.

Matt's drunk typing again. Ah Englishmen.
As for her living or dying the story could work either way. If she does die it could be at the end of the first given you could bring yourself to write for a different character in the sequel, and that would thrust Erol into the unlikely role of leader to replace her given he is her protege. If it's in the second one it'd be like the last pillar of war falling apart as the conflict came to an end (but what about the other LSO members?). Should she live or course and the conflict come to an end it would be a matter of dissolving the LSO in lieu of a different task force or perhaps fading into obsurity to operate on her own or with a small group. There's always the chance that the enemy becomes less of the entire Alius race and more of a push against the now powerful Mak Shi terrorists who are now a full fledged nation and army with the LSO directed to deal with whatever remains at the end.

If she does live, she would have to keep fighting. Restore humanity, fight the Mak Shi sounds good to me. Regan's not the type to settle down. In an end-of-movie voiceover, Regan would be like, "Regan went on to fight against the nation of Mak Shi. She lived a long life, always fighting, until she died in a terror attack, sacrificing herself to save the life of a child. Daughter of the Lion until the end."
Something like that. She's the kind of woman who'd probably end up fighting 8 months pregnant, too. If she ever met a man able to handle being her lover, I could see Regan having a couple of children and actually deciding to not be totally active once the war is done. I mean, she would go all desk job general type. But I don't see anyone being able to deal with her.
